So, a while ago, I heard a mom say that if she lets her child start using a Wace Wash, it will bring on acne. That’s definitely not true! Acne is a skin condition (often hereditary) and if your child is prone to this, they are going to get it, whether they use a facewash or not.

However, a facewash can help! Cleaning your skin obviously helps remove dirt, excess oil, makeup, and the like, and can help reduce pore blockages. This is enough for the average child with average skin. But cleansing with simple soap, or face wash, and water just isn’t enough to clear up acne. For skin conditions like acne, black heads, rosacea and eczema you will need to consult a dermatologist.

For all other children though, a clean face is the start to a good and healthy skincare regime.
